Republican Senator Lindsey Graham railed against the House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry, calling it “illegitimate” and “unconstitutional” and said he plans to introduce a Senate resolution that would argue any articles of impeachment should be “dismissed in the Senate without a trial.”

This is a chance for Republicans to officially add nails to their coffin.

There's apparently yet another nail coming. November 19th a new book called "The Warning" is being released. The anonymous author is the same author who wrote the NYT op-ed piece (2018), "I am part of the resistance inside the Trump administration". Recall it?

Apparently so, but I would think that, especially at this point in time, the anonymous author would earn more respect and credibility if he/she ended the anonymity.

Maybe they will eventually. But as they indicated, the author isn't doing it for recognition or profit, Kelly is they are doing it out of a sense of duty to country.

What do you think of the speculation that "Anonymous" is actually Kellyanne Conway, and that George Conway's anti-Trump criticisms and op-eds are actually a secret collaboration between him and his wife?

Voting ‘no’ on that one. I suspect that chances would be better that Trump and Kellyanne have likely committed some level of intimate transgression and that George is vaguely aware of the possibility. : )

I doubt it. Kellyanne Conway comes from a mafia family and is just as corrupt at Trump.

I'm predicting the current impeachment saga ends with a motion to dismiss in the senate. The democrats are too secretive about what's going on and we are forced to rely on hearsay. Unless there is something out in the open and explained the the public, the Repos will be able to claim their version of reality and will be able to justify a motion to dismiss. Taylor supposedly has the goods on Trump according to the democrats but the Repos push back and say his testimony was destroyed in 30 seconds and that there was no quid pro quo. So, which is it? Why the secrecy?

The testimony needs to be made public. Enough of this secrecy. If Trump was pressuring Zelensky, let's see the evidence so we can actually judge this ourselves.
