It's kinda of a win/win situation for you. As Trump frays nuclear security, if people warn you that this increases the odds nuclear exchanges, you get to say "Ha! No it doesn't," so long as no nuclear weapons are in the air. And if they are, no one's gonna have the time to be gloating to you.

I know someone who speeds 10-15 miles over prevailing traffic no matter where she is driving. She frequently multitasks while doing so, including putting on makeup and reading Facebook on her phone while driving with her knees bobbing and weaving through traffic.
I've point blank told her I think she's going to kill someone if she keeps driving like she does. And every time I say this, she retorts that she hasn't, which proves she's got it under control.
Anyway, that's my totally random anecdote.

Well no I do not remember any such belief. I quit watching fox news so am not up on the latest lies about what liberals think.

The non-stupid version of this is that Trump's bellicose rhetoric towards N. Korea coupled with being actually toothless was increasing the odds of nuclear confrontation. Trump has since capitulated to N. Korea while they advance their nuclear ambitions. When compared against how the US has treated Iran in the same time frame, the lesson is pretty clear - get nuclear weapons if you want international security and respect.
This ultimately makes the odds of a nuclear confrontation around the globe more likely, which is bad. Subs can only understand this as "nuclear war is coming!" and thinks, "hurr durr where's the nuclear hellfire libs?!" is an impressive burn.
