I finally understand myself. It was all just my Mormon background. It was all just my Mormonism! I was reading an article (by accident) to contribute to the Pologamy thread in the Terrestrial section and I found

women older than 20 and single are perceived as left overs, by 25, old, by 30 spinsters… As a result, the women become more and more accomplished and therefore more and more intimidating and ultimately not the sweet, young thing the 20-year-old had in mind as the “perfect” LDS girl. Many of the other responses echoed the same ideas. The article on ldsmag.com, “Survey about LDS singles reveals surprising results,” has a full list of the responses.

I suspect if you were to go back and read all of your previous posts as though they were written by someone else, one of two things would happen:

- You'd realize what everyone else sees when they read your typical posts
- You'd empathize with the character you've created here, and be hopelessly screwed

Either way, I don't think Lemmie's suspicions are as far fetched as you'd have us believe. The only thing you can do is start posting in a way that instills some doubt, so we could grant you that benefit.

DT, religion isn't your only problem, sorry. I wish at times I could blame mine on religion also, but it's just not true. It's one factor of many. Also, you aren't a troll, because you are obviously sincere. Whatever you don't like about Lemmie, consider she is one of two or three women at best actively posting on this forum and take that into consideration. As I think I may have told you before, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you like 20-year-olds, or you feel you deserve 20-year-olds, or you think science has proven you can only be happy with a 20-year-old, it's if you can GET a 20-year-old. Can you? If you can, what does it matter what any of us think? If you can't, well, any kind of feedback from women about how you come across could be useful to righting that situation. If a girl rejects you, are you really going to stand there and defend yourself intellectually about how she's wrong? Dating is the one world where "perception = reality" is rock-bottom truth.

Okay, my age doesn't really matter (Lemmie retracted the 35 year old claim) and I can prove that I do not read incel propaganda. Washington Post, NYT, and others did an article on incels and I am way way different.
