It's a protester peacefully walking down the street expressing his opinion, when he is surrounded by a group of law enforcement officers who aggressively walk along side him attempting to provoke a confrontation. One of the officers walks in front of him and abruptly stops so the protester accidentally lightly bumps into him. That then gives them the pretext to violently arrest him.
The reason I bring it up is because is clearly an assault by several police officers - one of a seemingly bottomless pit of these examples - but it doesn't show up in crime statistics. I wonder how many crimes committed by cops aren't making it into our general sense of how much crime is occurring.
