Which STOCKS will fly high after COVID-19 assuming commercial real estate tanks

Dear Smart Friends,

The world changes a lot. It did after WWII. It changed again after 911. But now we have COVID-19 and with that there will be major changes in our society and the economic impact will be substantial. With that there are going to be winners and losers. What do I mean?

I suspect the commercial real estate market is going to tank and take a real beating over the coming years. How so? Well, people are going to start working from home (remotely) more than ever seeing that it actually works. Companies might like to downsize their office space and allow for workers to work remotely. This would result in a massive quantity of unused office space throughout the whole country resulting in falling real estate prices.

On the other hand, there will be new needs to accommodate new technology as workers remain at home. What technologies or products are going to be in high demand? What will become the NEW big winner? Whose stocks will skyrocket?

If you have input, let's hear it. Who to invest in? Folks, there is money to be made if you know the right stock to invest in early before it takes off. The trick is to get in early and then when the shift comes your money will grow and maybe you can get rich. lol

Well?

UCO is an ETF that tracks the price of crude and I've made some nice returns off of that over the past month. Two months ago you would have been a fool not to get in on airlines and cruise lines and Boeing, but they're still bargains if you want to get in now. I also did well lately with the solar panel industry; VSLR, FSLR, RUN, NOVA and especially ENPH.

Last week I made bank on NNDM which had a breakthrough in 3D printing circuit boards. I got in with 2000 shares at $1.14 and then sold it at $4 and it is now steady at $2.60.

The cruiselines CCL, NCLH, and RCL are still bargains.

Airlines such as DAL, SAVE, and UAL are also good bets.

Large cappers like GE are expected to do very well. TSLA was booming but that window has likely closed if you're looking for significant gains in the short term. I bought Tesla @ $328 and dumped it when it hit $800 three weeks ago. It has fluttered around $800 ever since.

Let me state clearly that I have no objection to people investing in stocks and bonds. I have done so myself, both in a personal and institutional capacity.

But, since people are talking about what they might hope to make by doing so, here is a question:

Suppose you make an investment, and it pays off. You cash it in after a given time, and you have (say) $1,000 extra to spend on hamburgers and coke or foie gras and champagne, according to taste. Who ultimately will have paid for that $1,000 worth of good stuff that you get to enjoy?

But shopping malls, shopping plazas, soda shops, hubcap factories, video rental stores, newspaper printers, and big box stores will still be ok, right?
