Ironically, the controlling case in the matter was decided by that wacky ultra liberal Justice Antonin Scalia.

You see, there's this little thing called "consenting adults", the very basis of Freedom and Constitutional Law, that what two or more consenting adults choose to do, is not the government's business.

If they want to take the "risk" of dying from a virus, that is their choice.

But, what is even more worse in all this, is that in most cases churches and businesses are actually following CDC guidelines when they open, and yet you fascists STILL think you have the right to control what people do in their lives, simply because YOU have power.

This is a thread about John Roberts ruling with the Leftists of the Court against Religious Freedom, one of the most fundamental rights of this country and the Constitution. OMFG.

They followed an opinion written by that left wing fascist Antonin Scalia, did they not?

ldsfaqs - Suppose the country passed a law banning female genital mutilation. Muslims who engage in the practice object that this violates their religious freedom to mutilate genitals and constitutes religious discrimination. Is this an abridgment of their Constitutional freedom of religion? Why or why not?
