Your admonition to ajax is probably falling on deaf ears. Ajax is so deeply invested in his racism and xenophobia, that once he realizes that his Prophet and Church really do disapprove of it, and are calling him and people like him to repentance over it, he will probably apostatize almost immediately. I am convinced that his faith in his own righteousness on this issue far exceeds his faith in and loyalty to the LDS Church.

ETA: I really feel sad for him though. I'm sure he loves his wife and family and really does want to do right by them. It is a crying shame that he is so blind to how hurtful his hatred is to everyone, even, ultimately, to himself and his family most of all.

ajax can easily (and cynically) imagine the prophet is just paying lip service to the pressures coming from leftist elites to appease them but doesn't really mean it.

I mean, how could he? We're talking about people less valiant in the pre-existence.

II guess I"m not exactly sure how I"m prejudiced to other races. Give me a list and let me khow what President Nelson (jot doc) thinks I'm in need of repenting from.

I'm sure you're right that ajax will find a way to rationalize away President Nelson's call to repentance, or rather, try to rationalize away or deny his own racism and hateful xenophobia. In fact, he already tried to do that on this very thread, right after your last post. However, if he were to come to the inescapable realization that the Prophet's condemnation and call to repentance is really directed at him and people like him, he would just leave the church. I'm sure of it. If God almighty himself personally appeared to ajax and called him to repentance for holding the convictions he has expressed here, he would just sadly conclude that "liberal corruption" must finally have infected even heaven itself!

Another thing I'm pretty sure of is that he won't "cynically imagine the prophet is just paying lip service to the pressures coming from leftist elites to appease them but doesn't really mean it", as you suggested. If he thought that about the Prophet, that in itself would undermine his faith in the Prophet's divine authority, righteousness and credibility.

You have in the past openly and proudly admitted to supporting white supremacism and racism. You may have tried to walk that back a bit because of the near unanimous criticism and condemnation you have experienced from us here for that, but what you are still posting makes it clear that you haven't sincerely or significantly changed in that respect. Much like your Lord and Savior, Trump, you seem utterly incapable of admitting to the very possibility of being mistaken about anything or learning anything new, no matter how incontrovertible, that can't be made to fit into what you would rather believe.

by the way: Did you even bother to read what President Nelson had to say? It doesn't appear to me that you did. If you did, you certainly didn't understand it.
