Researchers looked at police forces in the 20 largest US cities and “found not a single police department was operating under guidelines that are compliant with the minimum standards laid out under international human rights laws.”

Another example of our government caring more about their feelings getting hurt than our constitutional rights.
This man simply dangled a donut in front of the police. It hurt their feelings so they arrested him and called it assault. Keep in mind that literally nothing bad will happen to these officers who kidnapped this man. They are fully protected from any meaningful consequences.
