NBA Executive Sued for Assaulting Police. Newly Released Video shows that to be False.

This just makes me so angry. The police in America have no credibility left. They lie and abuse minorities both without any significant push-back from their fellow officers and chain of command. Where is the county sheriff announcing this lying cop is to be fired and arrested and charged with falsifying a report and assault? Where is the police union head calling for this dirty cop to be disciplined?

Why are so many supportive of the defund the police movement? Because we all know that dirty cops are everywhere and roam unchecked by their peers. We see it over and over and over again.

I hope this case goes to two trials--the criminal case against Ujiri losing and the civil case where Ujiri is awarded many millions. For every Ujiri with the means to fight back, there are thousands serving hard time for similar incidents.

I once saw a cop with the Lone Peak Police Department throw a father walking with young children at the Alpine Days parade to the ground for jaywalking across a side street T'ing into the closed off Main St. where the parade was to pass in a moment. The Cop ordered him to go the other direction, away from his family and the man stepped back and began to walk around the officer to rejoin his family, giving the cop a wide berth (at least 10 feet). The angry cop rushed the man and threw him to the ground and cuffed him while aggressively smashing his face into the pavement. He was charged with jaywalking and assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. This stuff happens all the time everywhere. Society is fed full up with it.

Yet you did nothing for what you witnessed, except wear it loke a badge of liberal anecdote honor. Or maybe you can reference the court documents where you testified against the cop? or finish your tale with how you intervened and got the innocent father set free?..or were you just like those complacent cops that need to be fired for watching and doing nothing?

Please, regale us all with your proud and courageous activism that simply transcends the armchair activism of "gee, they must all be bad and we don't need cops". Maybe Michelle Obama from her $12m mansion and $160m book deal will hold your hand while you can't even get a police report for your insurance claim.

He was charged with jaywalking and assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.

Your friend must've obtained a copy of the police report in order to know that. Would you mind asking him to send you a scan of it, then would you mind sending me an e-mail containing the scan as an attachment?

First off, actual white supremacist do not have freedom of speech in this country. You can't even fly the confederate flag which is purely a violation of freedom of speech. But it goes much further than that. One can't wear a MAGA hat to work at Goodyear but you can wear a BLM hat to work.

Actually, you do have the right to fly the battle flag of the rebels as a symbol of your animosity of equal rights for blacks. Go for it.

Likewise, Goodyear has the freedom to choose its own dress code; just as you are free to require your receptionist and optician to wear MAGA hats as part of your company's dress code, Goodyear is free to choose its dress code too. If somebody wants to wear a MAGA hat they can do so, just not at work if it violates the company's dress code.
