It's like someone gave Trump a gun with nine bullets last month, and here he is walking out the door with just one toe. So, how does this work during the application for admission process?

Not sure. Had a friend who went to one of the 'seven sisters' (Bryn Mawr). They use to have 'ovarars' instead of seminars. No kidding.

One of my favorite quotes from Director Kelsey Jannings from Bojack Horseman, talking about getting her daughter Irving (gender-normative names are oppressive) into the Ivy League on a 'Indie' director's salary:

Indie darling daughters don’t go to Brown, okay? They end up at cute, little pat-on-the-back factories like Vassar, and then they move back in with their indie darling mothers and make weird puppet shows with their tampons and get a profile in New York Magazine, and the horrible cycle continues.

Kinda like that. You can exhibit smug self-righteousness at Liberty U. or Mount Holyoke.
