Biden during campaign stop in Miami Florida:

While there, he watched a performance by a group of school-age children before delivering remarks about how Hispanics would be supported under a Biden administration.

During his remarks, he had an awkward moment when he told the group of girls that he planned to come back and see them dance again, once they were “four years older.”

“The good news is, for me, I’m here. The bad news, for you, is I’m coming back,” he said. “I’m coming back, I’m coming back. And I want to see these beautiful young ladies, I want to see them dancing when they’re four years older, too,” he quipped to the crowd. (emphasis mine)

Good thing his wife is by his side to, once again, pull him away from reporters.

It could be that he was referring to the fact that there will be an election in 4 years, and he will be coming back. Not exactly (to quote Melania) 'locker room talk'.

Isn't anyone around here alarmed that subgenius probably has a license too operate a motor vehicle and drives around tons of steel in traffic at high speeds? I'm serious. I mean the guy can't think his way out of a paper bag.

What if it was a wet paper bag and he was implying a desire in Biden that is similar to Typhoid Donald lusting over Ivanka, huh? Wouldn't that be a bag of another color? Perhaps one of those white bakery store bags with highlighted perforations that say, "Think your way out here".
