It all appears to be a diabolical scheme cooked up by Rudy Giuliani and his Russian intelligence agent buddies. If these photos truly existed and were genuine they would not be holding them back. This is all about saving Trump's ass.

As I understand it, it is well documented and not at all controversial that Russians have been and are active promoters of disinformation designed to promote Trump's reelection chances, and discredit his opponents. This is no big secret, and should give a great deal of pause any honest individuals considering voting for Trump.
