FOX News, within minutes of news of Powell's death, immediately used this sad story to push one of their favorite narratives, which is to belittle the efficacy of vaccines.

I have no doubt the media will treat Trump in death way better than he deserves. I know this, because they already treat him better than he deserves.
Thankfully, the majority of the public will miss that posthumous BS because they'll be out partying.

I just have a couple minor quibbles with this thread title:
- The word "again" implies that Trump somehow took a break from being an ass, but has now resumed
- "Trump is being an Ass again" implies that Trump has control over whether he's an ass or not

Trump seems to have a special enmity for military heroes. He's very uncomfortable with the notion of self-sacrifice. If you want to know where the Republican Party is nowadays, look for a Colin Powell type Republican. Difficult to find in the forest of sycophants and opportunists.

I would say Trump is being unbelievably disrespectful, but unfortunately for the world, it is all too believable that our former president can be this disrespectful.

I had precisely that same quibble with the thread title, and considered posting about that myself. I'm glad
you did, and I couldn't agree more! I have very little doubt that future historians will be almost unanimous in regarding Trump as the worst, most corrupt and most divisive President in U.S history.
