The thesis here is that ever since the 2008 recession, capitalism has effectively been on life support with money injected from the central banks. At the same time, tech companies have become unregulated monopolies of not just everything you buy but your most intimate personal data as well.
All of this adds up, in the speakers estimation, to the death of capitalism and the rise of a new technology enabled feudalism.
It seems to me that both the left and the right should agree that we want to fix this dystopian nightmare.
