Whats the question?
1. Why didn't Rittenhouse run away when he noticed the weak homeless man was following him?
2. Why did Rittenhouse have the need to shoot him four times?
3. Why did Rittenhouse wait more than one second to shoot weak Rosenbaum again after the first shot?

Stop calling him weak Rosenbaum. The guy was a little bruiser looking for trouble, trying to start crap with people, and likely off his meds.

He was 5’ 3” tall and weighed 130 pounds in 2016. I can notice some belly fat in the pictures. I don't think Rosenbaum was capable of running fast for a long period of time. Rittenhouse was much faster and had the ability to think much quicker.

I admit he does look a little bit intimidating. I'll stop calling him weak.

Okay, you may have a point, but Rittenhouse had the ability to run away fast when he noticed Rosenbaum was chasing him. And Rittenhouse didn't have to shoot him four times. Rittenhouse knew Rosenbaum was unarmed.

If I recall correctly, Rittenhouse testified that he knew at the time that Rosenbaum was unarmed.

I have no awareness of that.

I don't know, that is what he said in court.

"Kyle Rittenhouse testifies he knew Joseph Rosenbaum was unarmed"
https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/10/us/kyle- ... index.html

And Rittenhouse waited more than one second to shoot Rosenbaum again after his first shot.
