Um.... Utah can't possibly win tonight, so many of those boys have long hair... whatever happened to lookin spiritual and right with the Lord while you are out in the world. How many bad examples is this going to set back the church's good name and cause cancelled baptisms in the Kingdom of God? Oregon will probably win because the Spirit of the Lord will not abide the long hair.
The reason I am sharing this is because it was the philosophy and ideal I was raised with, so I thought I'd pass it on to Utah, the Lord's state football team. I better not catch seeing any of em spitting out a chaw O Tobacco! They'll get a thumpin from the Lord for such disobedience.

Well. I mean. Two of the players were shot to death. So. You know. There it is.

Without extensive familiarity and never have lived in Utah,,, I thought University of Utah up there on the hills overlooking Salt Lake City was the gentile school with the LDS folks all to the south in Provo.

Oversimplification perhaps.

Halftime is Utah 23 and Oregon 0.

In the Deseret News, they've been using Bayesian probability to slot BYU into the title game. With BYU going to the Big 12, they can bring forth all their musket fire!
