... can we possibly undo his out-of-control auto-replace censor?
Yes, please. I still haven't recovered from the time I wrote that during WWII George H. W. Bush served his country as a Lieutenant Jersey Girl.
The word censor is an admin function that we mods have no access to. It is possible we might get around to undoing some of that but I doubt it. It is just one of the quirky charms of participating on Shades' board. Assuming foul language doesn't bother you much (not that much is used around here now) you can always disable the word censor:
  • At the top right click on your name/portrait and select "user control panel"
  • Select the "board preferences" tab
  • Select "edit display options"
  • Select the no option next to "Enable word censoring"

I enjoy both Wordle and Quordle. I refuse to look at any others.
OMG, Quordle has a practice mode, and now I've been playing all morning. Thanks a lot, MsJack.

(No really, thanks a lot... so much fun)
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.

The god idea is popular with desperate people.
