If there is any movement ever that fully decouples sexual phenotype from gender, it's theism.
Let's take Jersey Girl's definition of a woman that Markk ended up agreeing with: A woman is an adult female.
Had Justice Brown responded with this definition to the Pharisee Senators, they would have asked what a female is, and insisted she's playing word games, to which she could ask what a male is, to which they would have insisted on genotypically having a penis, to which she could have asked if God has a penis? And then she could have asked, is God male? And to their response, she might have to ask if any of those hypocritical cretins have ever read the Bible. Either God is male or he gets to choose his own pronouns.
This would be a silly rabbit hole to go down on national TV, and so avoiding the subject was smart. What's dumb, is all the Christian men out there who laugh at what they think of as a failed response to simple question. A question they themselves can't answer. At least Markk has tried.
