If guns are illegal, only criminals will have guns, most of whom will already be protected from the legal consequenxes of owning and using illegal firearms because of the need to combat and make up for the racist history of this country.
Guns are not illegal so your entire argument is just stupid beans. I own many guns legally, and can use them to hunt, enjoy target practice and have fun with. It's terrific having them, and no one is taking them away from me. No one has ever said guns are illegal. You need to greatly enhance your comprehension of what you read.
