If they are alienable then they are not inalienable. If they are inalienable and limited in number and by definition then those rights are limited to those defined and described as inalienable.

Okay. Now what is the point?
The 9th amendment?

If you are asking me, I have no idea if that was the point. Could be. But so far, we have just seen reference to inalienable and natural rights. Nothing yet about enumerated and unenumerated. Had an amendment been made to add abortion specifically to what is Amendment 9, that would have been something interesting.

Isn't that what will be on the ballot in California?

WTF, honor. No. How does the amendment to the California constitution compare to the 9th amendment of the US Constitution with specific enumerated rights? You brought it up.

So, yes. Squirrel much.

Sorry, barky mcbarkington. Your diverted attention and inability to track a conversation isn't as contagious as your tiny barky heart palpitations may make you think they are.

You are, of course, welcome to actually follow a conversation if you are able. In which case, you can reconcile your misplaced statement with the 9th amendment's rather clear message your line of argument was dead wrong.

Squirrel!
