If you are asking me, I have no idea if that was the point. Could be. But so far, we have just seen reference to inalienable and natural rights. Nothing yet about enumerated and unenumerated. Had an amendment been made to add abortion specifically to what is Amendment 9, that would have been something interesting.
Isn't that what will be on the ballot in California?

You are, of course, welcome to actually follow a conversation if you are able. In which case, you can reconcile your misplaced statement with the 9th amendment's rather clear message your line of argument was dead wrong.
