Even your own Henry Cuellar(D) admits on your own CNN that 4.4 million illegal immigrants in 2 years is not a secure border.

If DeSantis sending illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities is illegal than surely Democrat presidents refusing to enforce the border against democratically established laws should be illegal and unconstitutional as well.
Notice how ajax shifts his ground while pretending he didn't. He went from "borders are open" to "borders aren't secure."
What border has ever been 100% "secure"? Even the Berlin Wall with armed guards had people climbing and escaping successfully. These are just dumb word games Republicans like to play with to excuse themselves for their crimes against humanity.
The fact is what DeSantis did is illegal and ajax isn't even fretting about it because he doesn't care about what's legal. He only pretends to care about legality when it applies to those dirty brown people he hates so much. And what's hilarious is that he wants to pretend that illegal immigration only happens during Democrat administrations and that those Presidents are somehow "breaking" laws by not assuring America's Nazis in Patriot's clothing that 100% of everyone trying to get in will be stopped. Somehow. It will never happen.
The fact is border arrests under Biden have reached record levels. To Ajax, that means the borders are "open." Under Biden 1.66 million arrests have been made along the southern border during his first 8 months in office, which broke the previous all time high set in 2000. In 2022 we're on pace for over 2 million arrests which will set another record.
Open border? Who is really dumb enough to believe this crap?
Also, before 2010 the vast majority of illegal border crossers were Mexican men without children just looking for work. Now there has been a huge demographic shift, and more and more are coming with women and children from other countries like Guatemala and Honduras and we're seeing more unaccompanied minors.
