Blue Angels over San Francisco

It's Fleet Week, and the Blue Angels can be seen and heard above San Francisco. The joke was at least it's not the Russians.
With the advent of shoulder fired anti-aircraft missiles, I always wonder how vulnerable the F/A-18 is to a Stinger or small SAM, especially when fly low and slow (I'm not sure what their 'deck' is, but it certainly seems less than 5,000 feet).
I've always thought about someone sitting on top of a building downtown, or Treasure Island in the middle of the bay.
So does anyone know the SAM defensive capabilities of the Blue Angels?
