If the shooter has right wing views, then the right's rhetoric is responsible . If the shooter has left wing views, then the right's policies are responsible. The left is never responsible for anything because they are a cult of rights, a land where everyone has unlimited rights but nobody who votes Democrat has any responsibilities. So when we finally get separate countries and the national divorce that is so sorely needed, who will the left blame when nobody on the right is left in their country? They'll blame the right. They'll blame patriarchy. They'll blame the Christians. They'll blame antebellum slavery. That will never change. Will $5 million in reparations be enough? No, nothing will ever be enough. Just like a Mexican kidnapper, if you pay the $2 million they ask for initially you're not going to get your family member back. As soon as they find out you can/will pay, they're just going to ask for more.

I don’t see ‘the left’ demanding a national divorce over Christianity, patriarchy, or antebellum slavery. So, just who is divorcing who, over what?

It’s especially rich coming from a miserable sad sack who hates his life (wife) because of the decisions he made, and beyond that he believes a dead Jewish rabbi is going to absolve him from his own decisions instead of developing a personal ethos of resilience, personal ownership, and personal accountability. A sad piece of crap isn’t going to stop being a sad piece of crap if the South rises again. Crazy.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. My wife has been a lot nicer lately. And the dead Jewish Rabbi kind of gave me the why and meaning I needed to stomp through the abuse and bad times rather than repeating the cycle of serial monogamy that has infected our culture at the expense of the children.

I'll forgive you for not understanding the atonement. Even most Christians don't. Christ saves us from our sins, not in our sins. Every time we make Christlike decisions we help to save ourselves and if we do become sufficiently Christlike to inherit the Celestial kingdom, nobody can keep us out because of a mistake we made in our past. Nor will any unholy heckler be present in the Celestial kingdom to make it a miserable place.

That's kind of why God leaves us on our own for now. It gives us the chance to be the answer to other peoples prayers. While every human being is different, how could the human family ever become like God if we were denied the opportunity to face these trials as God once did.

What do you care about whether I'm happy or sad? We're talking about your great United Socialist States of America free of any 2nd amendment, belief in God or the supernatural, or anyone with beliefs that fall right of center. Why not try it and see how it works out for you? Why are you contesting the divorce? Surely you'd be more content amongst your own kind. Will there be no mass shootings since only straight WASPS commit them? Will there be no weapons or will you just continue to claim that the weapons are coming from the rebel country without taking any personal responsibility for enforcing your borders and stopping the flow of weapons? No, there will still be 40 murders in Chicago every weekend. But what you stand to lose is the scape goat you need to cast the blame upon to avoid ever having to take any personal responsibility upon yourself, your beliefs, your philosophy, or the culture you've created.
