To date, Trump has been denying there was ever any affair with Daniels, or that he had any roll in the payments to Daniels hasn't he?

Not sure how one goes about suing for violating an NDA, when one simultaneously denies that there was ever any payoff or reason for an NDA to begin with.

Sort of. The porn star, that Trump had unprotected sex with while his wife was home with their newborn son, was ordered to pay Trump's lawyer fees in the failed defamation suit in 2018. It wasn't to pay back the hush money for not keeping quiet.

That can just as easily be a statement conveying that he won’t cower to Trump and Trump’s base, like so many other seemingly spineless political critters have done.

Cowering to Trump, and refusing to hold him accountable, is as ‘motivated by politics’ as anything else.

It's possible that liberal New Yorkers on the jury do the right thing. They still have free will. But Satan has such hold upon the left of this country I see an acquittal being very unlikely under such partisan conditions. Kyle Rittenhouse's jury did the right thing against the wishes of the ruling regime. So it is possible, just unlikely.

Doug Mackey just went to prison for 10 years for making fun of Hillary Clinton. You're either with the regime in which case you can get away with anything, or you're against the regime and you're literally living under post constitutional American communism.
