If you could extinguish all religions

I would miss all the nice religious people that I know or have yet to meet. The rest could be raptured and freed from the endless cycle of rebirth.

In my scenario, the people don't disappear. Only religion itself disappears.

The same people would be there in my scenario, but they would live their lives without religion. I have no idea what they would be like in that scenario, but many religious people I know now are very kind and friendly people. What if instead of religion they had taken the MAGA Third Reich into their hearts? They might have insisted that I be sent to the gas ovens or the Soylent Green snack food company in Coors, Colorado.
