Didn't understand what was meant by the title until I read the comments. Was thinking it was like a court and two surnames like something v something.

I don't think people can generalise like that. There are many different reasons things happen. You'd have to analyse each account and then maybe you could make a statistic of the most likely reason but I doubt something will stand out as a clear reason.

It depends on where you live if that occurs: south-central Los Angeles or Western Africa or many other places in the world. How about that white-on-white crime in Russia?

Most Latinos are murdered by Latinos... most white people are killed by other white people.... most Asians are killed by other Asians.

This isn't the own right wing racists think it is.
