You know you're aging when all the people you admired when you were young start dropping like flies.

Clint Eastwood seemed so young on Rawhide.

I was sad when Wagon Train ended after being savagely attacked outside of Cedar City.

Those shows were before my time.

Yes, that was a sad episode.

Although, the prior episode was simply heartbreaking. A wagon train that was running low on supplies entered Utah Territory and tried to trade with the local Mormons. All the Mormons would trade was fry sauce, funeral potatoes, Lion House rolls, Diet Coke and green jello. The episode ended with an aged Brigham Young being informed that many in the wagon train developed obesity, type 2 diabetes and colon cancer from the unhealthy food the Mormons introduced them to. Brigham slowly looked into the camera and said, "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord, but I have taken a little."

Just heartbreaking.

I dunno about all of the above but this is what soon-to-be 81 year old (in July) Jagger is doing this summer (at freakin' high altitude) and I was there for it! Because I like it, like it, yes I do!
