I usually begin my threads with an extensive first post, but this video truly conveys everything on its own.

I recall the 1990s when many Democrats backed numerous ideas that Trump is advocating now. As I have been stating for months on this discussion board, if the Democrats aim to succeed in 2026, they must collaborate with Trump and cease opposing him solely due to his identity as Trump.

It is essential for them to begin considering the well-being of the nation. If this video goes viral, we will once again be perceived as hypocrites who prioritize undermining Trump over what is truly best for America. This video is highly damaging for the Democratic Party.

The whole "oppose Trump at all costs" saga is like a slow-motion train wreck for the Democrat party! It's almost like they're trying to win a game of dodgeball but forgot to dodge the ball! Progressives seem to belong to a wild cult that would rather take a flying leap off a cliff than even think about shaking hands with Trump!

You really don't understand Trump at all. Trump doesn't give a damn about parties. He only cares about besotted followers who pump up his fragile ego.

Hound, perhaps you’ll explain to folks how tariffs will help the American middle class by making so many of their purchases cost 25% or so more. One of our other regulars seems to have bombed out on that one.

I remember when MAGA was incessantly complaining about 8 or 9 percent inflation when it persisted for about a year. Or their incessant complaints about their weekly egg purchase costing them $2 more. With the Trump tariffs essentially amounting to a 25% tax on everyone to finance a tax cut for the top 1% of Americans, are they now changing their tune?

I may begin to call you and your uninformed companion, Some Schmo, the progressive equivalents of Batman and Robin, as you both perceive yourselves as superheroes. In reality, however, you both come across as super zeros, as you fail to grasp the factors that contributed to Trump's victory in 2025.

Allow me to clarify this in the simplest way possible, so that even you and Schmo can grasp it, although I have my doubts about that. To succeed in 2026, we need to demonstrate our commitment to the country, similar to the Republicans current approach, rather than opposing every single proposal put forth by Trump.

The second thing progressives need to recognize is that Republicans aren't lacking in intelligence, they are similar to us Democrats, with varying levels of education. When you and your companion, Schmo, make remarks such as MAGA doesn't grasp math or English, the initial thought for those not affected by the mind virus often referred to as wokeness is that there is indeed evidence suggesting progressives struggle with fundamental concepts of biology. What I mean is that individuals who have not been affected by the ideology often referred to as woke can clearly define what a woman or a man is. However, once someone has been infected by this ideology, they seem unable to discern the distinctions between a woman and a man.

It seems that fundamental biology poses challenges for those with progressive views. Even my dog can distinguish between a woman and a man. My dog has an impeccable track record of identifying whether someone is a woman or a man as soon as they enter the house. If a man arrives, my dog will bark until the guest has demonstrated trustworthiness, which typically takes about 30 minutes. When a woman comes into the house, my dog eagerly approaches her, seeking affection in the form of head pats and kisses.

If you and Schmo are keen on securing victories in future elections, it would be wise to start with some fundamental biology courses, followed by efforts to educate progressives on distinguishing between men and women. If you believe it would be beneficial, I'm happy to lend you my dog.

For example, Trump deports illgal gang members who pose a threat to our American families. Typically, this would be seen as a positive action, however, due to the inability of progressives to grasp common sense and their tendency to oppose for the sake of opposition, a progressive judge has mandated that the Trump administration must return the criminals. Here’s what you and your forward-thinking friends may not be grasping. At its core, using the analogy of a family unit once more, the idea of a progressive judge mandating Trump to permit a dangerous gang member's return to the country resonates with many Americans as akin to a judge forcing the family patriarch to allow a an intruder, who unlawfully entered their home, to remain until the family understands the reasons behind the intruder's actions.

My question to you is, if a burglar unlawfully entered your famalies home, would you invite the burglar to sit on the couch so you and your family could inquire about the reasons behind the illegal entry? No, you wouldn't. You would contact the authorities and have him removed from the premises. Trump has a grasp of fundamental human nature that seems to elude progressives. He recognizes that when a progressive judge issues a ruling to compel a criminal's return to America, it parallels the act of compelling a family member to permit a burglar to remain in the home he is plundering.

Trump desires judges to resist his actions, as human nature suggests that if a judge compels Trump to bring a criminal back to American soil, it parallels a judge compelling the head of an American family to permit a burglar to remain in their home. It is an inherent aspect of human behavior that Trump is leveraging to provoke an overreaction from progressives, which will ultimately jeopardize our Senate and House seats in 2026.

Given that even the libertarian CATO Institute determined that Biden’s deportation methodology was more effective than Trump’s, merely ‘deporting people’ isn’t reason enough to support Trump. Especially if his Administration is starting to ‘accidentally’ deport legal folks with no record or gang affiliation but that they just don’t like, sending them off to foreign prisons and then doing nothing to fix their mistake.

Sounds pretty dysfunctional and ineffective. Why reward incompetence?
