Early Memorial Day 2025, President Donald Trump used his Truth Social platform to post a rambling diatribe.

Trump, writing in all caps, posted, "HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY TO ALL, INCLUDING THE SCUM THAT SPENT THE LAST FOUR YEARS TRYING TO DESTROY OUR COUNTRY THROUGH WARPED RADICAL LEFT MINDS, WHO ALLOWED 21,000,000 MILLION PEOPLE TO ILLEGALLY ENTER OUR COUNTRY, MANY OF THE BEING CRIMINALS AND THE MENTAO INSANE,THROUGH AN OPEN BORDER THAT ONLY AN INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT WOULD APPROVE, AND THROUGH JUDGES WHO ARE ON A MISSION TO KEEP MURDERERS, DRUG DEALERS, RAPISTS, GANG MEMBERS, AND RELEASED PRISONERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, IN OUR COUNTRY SO THEY CAN ROB, MURDERERS, AND RAPE AGAIN, PROTECTED BY THESE USA HATING JUDGES WHO SUFFER FROM AN IDEOLOGY THAT IS SICK, AND VERY DANGEROUS FOR OUR COUNTRY. HOPEFULLY THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT, AND OTHER GOOD AND COMPASSIONATE JUDGES THROUGHOUT THE LAND, WILL SAVE US FROM THE DECISIONS OF THE MONSTERS WHO WANT OUR COUNTRY TO GO TO HELL."
I wholly agree with these commentators:
X user Stella Kelly commented, "Why not just honor the fallen. Not really a day for divisive comments."

Another X userm, JerseyBoy, @BetsJersey, wrote, "Trump is the most anti American person. Imagine being so insecure and angry that you use Memorial Day, a day of remembrance, to launch a tantrum full of lies and hate. Pathetic doesn't even cover it."

Wall Street investment banker Evaristus Odinikaeze tweeted, "This is Outrageous. On a day meant to honor the fallen, Trump spews hate, conspiracies, and xenophobia. This is a disgrace to the memory of those who gave everything for this country. It’s a #MemorialDay and another reminder that he’s unfit to lead."
I'm ashamed of my fellow Americans who voted for such a hateful, divisive felon to the Presidency!

These words do fit with the worst leader to ever pop up in the US. That is why conservatives worship the feces on which he stands.

Dementia Stage 9.

I don't have a civil word to say in response to that. I'm afraid that if I start to unleash that I won't stop. This is by far the hardest week of the year for me to get through. Not only is it Memorial Day but in a few days is the USAFA Graduation and it all sets off a cycle of events that takes me spiraling down and takes me back to what happened in our family.

Death of a loved one who died while in service to his country. I'll leave it at that.

And there is our so-called Commander in Chief wishing everyone a Happy Memorial Day! :D which is one of the most painful days of remembrance for military families who lost a loved one who died while in service...then he turns it into a crap spewing rant because that's all he's capable of. Then he gets all suited up, goes over to Arlington, places the wreath and salutes like he's NOT a piece of human crap who never did anything in his life that wasn't self referential.

God Bless America!

That's weird; I thought JerseyBoy was pro-Trump. Oh well, maybe he's only pro-Fox News.

And they pretend to not know what a piece of crap he is, when we have countless asshole tweets like the one you quoted.

And we're not supposed to view their vote as a reflection of their lack of character and morality. Too bad for them.
