So if President is outright breaking the law and if a GOP heavy Congress won't do anything about it...can the Democrat side of the Congress do something legally with regard to GOP folks breaking THEIR oath of office? Charge them? Anyone know?

Was that clear as mud? I'm doing the best I can to pose the question. Hopefully what I'm asking is understandable.

I'm not talking about staging a coup. Does the constitution provide for such a thing as to make it feasible? What happens when senators violate their oath office?

I know this is all over the place. Apologies. But do you get what I'm asking?

I imagine it is very limited what they can do unless enough Republicans join the Democrats in opposition to Trump and corrupt senators to give that opposition a clear majority. I fear that Trump will defy even a clear 9 to 0 Supreme Court ruling against him, unless enough Republicans grow enough spine to oppose his violation of the constitution that he swore to uphold. He has already done so, at least once.

Congress needs a majority to pass anything, so they are completely useless right now against Trump's lawlessness. The GOP has no spine, and has become traitorous to the US for not doing their job to check the tyrant.

No you have to wait until you get control of the House before you can attempt to use impeachment to undo the results of an election you don't like. Do you now understand why Donald Trump chose JD Vance instead of Nikki Haley?

Russian collusion hoaxes seem to be bogged down in the mud at this point. Perhaps you could consult the CCP to see if they might have any more COVID strains that you could use as a way to tank the US economy by imprisoning anyone who dares to continue working during lockdown. Then you could get some Obama appointed judges to bring Trump and all registered Republicans up on murder charges for failure to contain the virus.

Interesting fact: Trump has 34 more felony fraud convictions than there are number of people who went to prison for daring to continue working during Trump’s COVID lockdowns.

Look, not that this’ll ever penetrate your 2” thick skull, no one’s calling for tanking the economy or locking people up for working. We’re asking for basic public health and a functioning society where sick people don’t get others killed.
