There's a teeny tiny-absolutely miniscule-snowball's- outside chance-that this could be to our benefit with regard to access to care anywhere however apparently Dr. Oz is at the helm overseeing and managing this new baby of his. That and the fact that the Fed Gov can't do anything right to begin with.

What happened to HIPAA? Did someone disappear our HIPAA rights when I wasn't watching?

I don't fully understand what this is about yet (besides causing more chaos) or what it can do or where our HIPAA rights went because we had them. I know we had them.

To my credit, I edited out my initial "WTAF" reaction before posting. I'm working on self control with regard to swearage. Please be proud of me.

I greatly admire David Packman and what he is doing. If you get the opportunity to access and read his book The Echo Machine, I highly recommend it!

I'll check out the book. I, too, think highly of Pakman and other independent news and commentary sources on youtube. Brian Tyler Cohen is another favorite though I've given up Meidas Touch for the time being due to their sensationalistic video titles...All Hell Breaks Loose! over and over and over again. Needed a break from that.

Each morning I bring up the CNN website to check the headlines but rarely read the articles due to what I see as the clickbait nature of their reporting. It seems as though they string you along headline after headline, day after day. Later, I look to the independent sources on youtube for the details. They are typically good at providing primary source evidence for their claims. I do fact check them as well. The only misstep I've caught was Meidas Touch and just one time. Probably other instances that I overlooked.

I'm sure I'm leaving out a channel or two but when I want to check in, I check into the independents, occasionally taking a detox break from all of it. Also appreciating The Bulwark, Kinzinger, Acosta, Schiff, and Booker's channels. Sure I've left someone out there as well.

I get so tired of the pot stirring chaos and hypocrisy of Trump and his lackeys. They'd sell their own souls for power, air time, and a buck, Gunnar. In my eyes they already have. Greedy cowards one and all.

The good news is we're getting a ballroom constructed in the White House! Yep. We can burn already paid for food commodities and starve children, screw with benefits and health care but we're gonna throw some fabulous parties in the White House!
