Double play to beat all double plays. It's the loophole that caused the sacrifice fly rule incarnate. What a highlight that will forever be!!

Kudos to the third baseman for coaxing the catcher up to his base.

I can only imagine the dodger runners and their conversations at each base. It brings to mind a Bull Durham quote:
"Run, dummy, run!!!"

Seattle pounds Toronto - Goes up 2-0 and going home.

Wow!
Beyond amazing.
(Did you see that crazy double play in the Brewers/LA game?) Wow!
Unfortunately, no. When my wife and I got married in 1990 we agreed to be a one-television family, and that our viewing selections would be based on common consent. It's a formula that works for us and we have stayed with it. While my wife graciously (more-or-less!) signs off on home team games, her patience does not extend to watching games played between complete strangers. :)

I have watched a ton of baseball, and I have never seen anything like it. Amazing!

Yep. The third baseman knew exactly what was happening (I had no idea what the H was going on)

The announcers pointed out that the third phase coach, from (I think) 220 feet away, called the live ball, which the home plate ump must not have seen at first, because he called the home plate runner safe. No challenge was necessary though, the umps huddled and corrected the call themselves. Wow. I'm a Dodger fan, more or less, but still, that was some play by the Brewers.

And... Freeman has taken up the challenge! A homerun. : D

Well, you MUST watch it. Start at about the 5:30 mark (bases loaded, one out)

Lucky for us, my spouse is a hard core new yorker and sports fan and anything with stats in it makes me a happy camper. A match made in heaven.
