You mean you miss the days when they were better at pretending to be Christian? I'm not so sure the GOP has ever had serious Christians, not in great numbers, anyway. I don't remember Jesus ever mentioning the poor were freeloaders or that the rich were "job-creators."

Right now there's a 26% tariff on beef from Argentina. That's to protect the US cattle ranchers from cheap foreign beef. Or it's to make Uncle Sam rich with foreign money so US citizens don't have to pay income taxes anymore. Or it's a 3d chess move nobody understands. But Americans aren't happy about high beef prices from domestic producers. Well, all those deportations have put pressure on beef suppliers, as Markk awaits all the white men to swoop in to help, while making 100k salaries with benefits, which isn't happening yet. So, the president decides to give 40B to Brazil, a total America first move -- a move the subsidizes Brazil's industries, including cattle. So we're subsidizing Argentina and tariffing them at the same time -- this is 3d chess for sure. And now, because American's are complaining about beef prices -- if consumers eat the tariff rather than importers then the tariff is doing its job to protect the industry -- the president is going to quadruple beef imports from Argentina and he told domestic producers to lower prices, in other words, he ordered a contradiction to the tariff he imposed. We're getting into 4d chess here for sure.
