Utterly bizarre. Two remarks:

1. To a Muslim audience, such behaviour would be a sign of profound disrespect to those greeting him. If you want people to like you, at a first meeting you approach them with a serious demeanour, intended to show your sense of being honoured to make their acquaintance. Jokes come later.

2. Yes, I agree. The loss of 'filtering' is a sign that something is starting to go wrong up there.

Sometimes a person with dementia can lose their inhibitions and may behave in ways that others find embarrassing. This can include:

being rude
saying things that aren’t appropriate (for example, that someone is overweight)
talking to strangers
undressing in public
apparent loss of sexual inhibition (for example, touching themselves inappropriately in public).
These situations can be very confusing, distressing, shocking or frustrating for someone with dementia, as well as for those close to them.

Trump stands as the figurehead of the Democrat party, possessing a unique ability to influence the Marxist progressives with straightforward actions, such as a seemingly innocuous dance, fully aware of their predictable responses. Trump can be likened to the Pied Piper, enchanting his followers with his rhetoric, guiding them towards a perilous path. His influence seems to have captivated them to the extent that they act against their own interests, often appearing foolish in their relentless criticism. This dynamic allows Trump to position himself as the champion of the American people, seemingly advocating for their well-being while they unwittingly bolster his narrative.

I truly hope the Marxist progressives can grasp the psychological tactics Trump is employing, but it seems they are unable to recognize that they are unwittingly playing into his hands!
