Where I want more AI:

GPS and Mapping: It is good, it could get a lot better.
Takeoffs: Bidding often requires replicating plans. There have been improvements in the last few years, but hardly enough to make it worthwhile or noticeable
Traffic control: I think Elon is on this and has not patented or protected his software. Everyone wins if the product and process gets better.
Cloud Seeding: Just kidding. Seeing if all y'all 4Chan idiots is still reading.
There are more, just not feeling like making a full list yet.

Where I want less and I want less now:
Spyware: This BS that is putting ads in everything based on my conversations or searches. damned hell, it has got to get under control. The spy ware is too damn much.
Website 'AI bot assistants. Sorry India, or whatever the Screw you are, your popup chat bots suck. They all suck. They make your entire product and company look stupid because you are stupid.
