It's cracking me up (in a tragic comedy way) how mindlessly Trump and his base attacks anyone who doesn't support the cult narrative. It makes not one tiny bit of difference what you've done for the cult in the past. If you step out of line, you're immediately put on the death threat list. All it takes is a single word of disagreement. Never once do they think to themselves, "Wow, I was really defending this guy before. Now that he's saying something I disagree with, maybe I should give him the benefit of the doubt?" LOL... “F” no.

Bill Barr is bad enough!

One thing that has got to be weighing on Barr's mind is that the more complicit he becomes with Trump's unethical and illegal shenanigans, the more vulnerable he himself is going to be to lawful prosecution when Trump's administration is finally forced out. This is likely to result in a dangerous positive feedback loop making him ever more desperate to enable Trump's illegal coup attempts in order to save his own hide.

The funny, interesting thing about the Trump cult is the disparity in power Trump has over people within his cult and those outside of it. Within his cult, he has the ultimate power. Outside the cult, he's a damned jackass joke.
