What the hell does that have to do with vaccines and therapeutics? Get on topic.

It is therapeutic inasmuch as some may find it comforting that Sheila was brave enough to dine outdoors. Courage can be inspiring force when used a therapeutic.

More about this derail by subs:
A spokeperson for Kuehl noted that dining was still allowed at the time and said the supervisor was trying to support her favorite restaurant before it had to close.

"Supervisor Kuehl has eaten at Il Forno virtually every night for many years, and on the last night that it was permitted by county health orders, she dined there alfresco taking appropriate precautions as recommended by the Department of Public Health," Kuehl's office said.
Back to therapeutics. : )

Oh, those are sorts of great reasons for her to be exempt from the very rules she would impose upon others. Gee, you are so magic by how you made that into such a reasonable situation....Kuehl's heroics are indeed therapeutic.
Oh wait...
How did the "last night" suspend the safety concerns used to justify the prohibition? Again, she stood tall in the face of danger....a shining example to us all.

This is just your cognitive impairment causing you to think that she was exempting herself from a rule that was not yet In effect.

You might want to get tested for COVID; I understand that some folks experience a mental fog after infection.
