I can't remember which commentator it was, but I heard someone talking about how crazy it was that Toomey says Trump is a demagogue and that he was disappointed Biden won in the same speech tonight. That's the fundamental disconnect. They can't bring themselves to admit that Trump is terrible, even when implying it, and everyone damn well knows they know it.

The case of the veteran who was shot is particularly tragic. There was a report on the radicalization of veterans by bad actors on social media that was largely ignored at the time. https://veterans.house.gov/in my opinion/media/do ... Heroes.pdf How difficult would it be to include teaching of how to avoid falling prey to these attempts as part of military training? It seems to me it's a security risk that should be addressed.
