I think maybe the guy was in favour of gun control?Lem wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 11:22 amSounds like the guy with blood on his hand from the woman shot. He gave an interview right after, and he was very indignant, saying something like 'we forced our way into the building, and we were breaking through the barricaded door so we could get to the lawmakers and stop them from what they were doing, because they don't represent us, and she was climbing through the window to get to them, and then.... then... they just SHOT HER!'
Unbelievable. He seemed completely unaware of the irony of what he was saying.
Apparently then these guys knew what they were doing and where to go when trying to get to the congress people. Apparently also, they won't be giving out too many medals of valor at the after riot party...since all it took to end the 'great charge of the courageous', was one bullet.Lem wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 11:22 amSounds like the guy with blood on his hand from the woman shot. Almost sounds like someone who believes they're LARPing instead. And this goes along with my theory about some of the right-wing. With Obama, we saw him become an object of pseudo-religious hope. I think there was some holy envy there from the right, from the party of family family values and religious fundamentalism. They wanted their own raison d'etre and took pride in finding it in a "deplorable" figurehead. They're not acting like serious grown-ups because this was always a fantasy. It never dawned on them that the people who loved Obama and invested so much hope in him had concrete reasons to do so; they did not bother to understand.Lem wrote: ↑Sun Jan 10, 2021 11:22 amSounds like the guy with blood on his hand from the woman shot. As the woman who was Maced blubbered indignantly "It was a Revolution!"
Conservative lawyer shocked, SHOCKED, there are repercussions for his actions:
There’d be no need; no one excels as well as subs at making subs look bad.
