The supreme court has dismissed a challenge to the Affordable Care Act, preserving healthcare coverage for millions of Americans.
The decision was 7-2, with Justice Stephen Breyer writing the majority opinion. Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.
Taking this with the rejection of Trump's challenges to the election by judges he appointed, there is a worrying tendency for these so-called 'judges' to ignore his wishes and act on the flimsy basis of legal fact and argument. Clearly it is time for this wicked betrayal of the people's will to be terminated!
