Our newest (as of this writing) member, Gamemaster, has a game you can play online that's essentially Risk for the Book of Mormon.

I had this idea myself about 10 and 1/2 years ago, but sort of let it drop since I apostatized in the meantime. Still, it's good to see someone finally run with this. My only criticism is that I would've gone with Sorenson's geography instead of making up my own, but oh well, I'm a shameless tinkerer of games anyway.

Take a look at:

Mormon Risk

(GAMEMASTER: If you're reading this, then your account is now active and you may begin posting if you wish.)

The creep has ripped off the legendary Mexican calendar artist, Jesus Helguera, (left side image first page) for his Book of Mormon fantasies. Not cool. Does he propose Aztecs as Lamanites? Coatlicue and Tonantzin are not pleased. Viva la Raza!

I bet the EQ prez would keep more of the men awake in EQ if LDS Inc used more of Helguera's work to portray the Lamanites:

Have you ever tried the cult classic, "Snit's Revenge"?

One of my districts was filled with fanatic gamers. We bought a Risk set and rewrote religious rules and assigned religions to the various colors. We had Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Islam, Catholicism, Hari Krishnas, and Cthulu worshippers. The Jehovah's Witnesses got the most wins closely followed by the Cthulu worshippers. Later we bored of that game and cut up cardboard boxes and made a fantasy wargame. It was a cross between Titan and War of the Ring (which hadn't been created yet).

We also invented Super Hearts (a cross between Hearts and Dragonmaster) and a number of other games. They were a lot of fun. Shades, you need to come by some time for some gaming.

Wow, sounds like that was money well spent by LDS Inc and your parents.
