Perhaps God used their migratory instincts to get them to the Ark.

LMAO! That is FARMS worthy..
God has the right to create and to destroy, to make like and to kill. He can delegate this authority if he wishes to. I know that can be scary. Deal with it.

Here are Two Hyper-Links to two Web Site Pages (one that is Pro-Flood, and one that is Not Pro-Flood), about the Flood of Noah:

Pro-Flood of Noah:

Get Answers: Noah’s Flood:

Not Pro-Flood of Noah:

Problems with a Global Flood:

Even though I am a very strong believer in the Lord God, and I am also a very strong believer in life after death , I do tend to believe in a lot more to the Second Web Site Page, that I gave a Hyper-Link to. I do Not believe that the Flood of Noah was literally worldwide.

I very much love this sentence, From the Not Pro-Flood of Noah Web Site Page:

In fact, is there any reason at all why the Flood story should be taken literally? Jesus used parables; why wouldn't God do so, too?

( Link: )

I do very much believe that the Flood of Noah is a Parable from the Lord God, and that it was Not a literal Worldwide event.

Make it a limited flood and assume Noah was just taking critical livestock to rebuild herds after the flood and it gets much easier.

Well, that certainly explains the lack of unicorns and phoenixes in today's world.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Make it a limited flood, reduce the number of animals, reduce the number of days, have Noah land on a beach, not a high mountain top...

Why not go all the way and call it what it is?

Dream on, Nehor. And when in doubt, consult FARMS or FAIR, they are experts at reduction and rationalisation.

Did Noah leave them to drown in the flood? Typical CEO.

How long can you tread water?

Well, that certainly explains the lack of unicorns and phoenixes in today's world.

Gary the unicorn expired trying to spring Eve back into the garden by making a hole under the fence with his horn.

In actuality, a unicorn in Hebrew is a buffalo. Don't see phoenix in the KJV.

Okay, an old story based on real events subjected to hyperbole and people with religious devotion magnifying the event as it went through multiple hands. The thing is....the suckers forgot to take out the part about the birds.....thus showing that even Noah himself didn't know where he was or IF there was land out there.

Trouble is, that is not what the Scriptures say.

Add in the reality that in Noahs day there were many more animal species alive than we have now and you have an even bigger crowd in the boat.

As for the waterborne animals and mammals, many can't live in water either too fresh or too saline. The great dilution that would come with a universal flood would change the salinity everywhere.

Insects are not all tiny things. Some have pretty good size to them.

All in all it makes for an interesting problem. Even with Angels magically shovelling elephant poop you have a really big bunch of animals to be taken care of.

Still doesn't account for how the specialized animals got to places other than where Noah landed while completely disappearing from where he landed. Koalas just don't appear in Israel, Iraq or anywhere near the region. No ancient signs of Panda bears in the region is there? (I don't know)

I do know that no wallaby, platypus, kangaroo or Kiwi remains have been found in Israel and surrounding areas.

Too bad Joseph Smith isn't here to tell us what really happened? Like nomadic siberian herders showed up and drove the animals to other lands while remaining separate from the Nephites and Lamanites and after the Nephited died off these nomadic Siberian herders captured all the horses and took them to Genghis Khan? Or sold them to the Vietnamese?
