extradite Bush & Cheney & try for war crimes?
http://www.consortiumnews.com/2010/072810a.html
Maybe the UN will send in a team to pick up these two murderers and try them for war crimes? Those who supported them are complicit in the murders and partly responsible for the US Army of Invasion that currently occupies Iraq.
None of the excuses given by the warmonger Bush hold up to examination in the light of day.
And YES, I did voice my opposition at the time to my US Senators, Congressman and in print as Letters to the Editor of the newspapers.

Is the Iraq War considered a declared war?
In: Iraq War [Edit categories]
[Improve]
No. WWII was the last "Declared War" the United States had. Congress only authorized the use of armed forces against Iraq
see:
http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin ... ubl243.107
Technically, this is not a war. It is an occupation. The US broke about every international rule in the book regarding war. Not one piece of evidence can explain why the US is there. Everything that was presented to the UN and the American people has been shown to be false, and in many cases, manufactured. We destroyed their country under the guise of freedom and democracy, slaughtered hundreds of thousands of innocent people, and "staged" a trial for Saddam that got him killed. The Iraqis never asked for democracy, and certainly not at the cost of innocent life nearing genocide. The current and past views of the war, such as we are winning, we cannot leave without winning, the Iraqis are free, are manufactured slogans created by the government and the controlled and biased media to keep us comfortably numb.
In truth, Bush, Cheney, Wolfewitz, Rice, Rumsfeld and Powell should get the same trial as Saddam for war crimes, lies, and the killing of many times more people in six years that Saddam had in his whole reign of power. Let's not forget who supplied Saddam with the illegal chemical weapons that he used to gas the Kurds. The US is experimenting and creating illegal Chemical and Biological weapons even now. Is there any wonder why the rest of the world is fed up with the US Government? Google how many thousands of tons of depleated uranium we dumped on the Iraqis to free them? Apparantly, the cost of freedom is generations of mutations, still births and sickness.
Just like the "War on Terror" (which has nothing to do with Iraq), it is a scheme of words and fear in an attemp to justify the profits of our Corporate war mongers, so the 1% elite can have more than everything, while the rest of us pick up the pieces and try to build the world anew.

The war was completely legal, even by UN standards (which I don't consider the US beholden to). The deaths are entirely the fault of certain Arab dictators, terrorists organizations, and their left wing supporters world-wide. If the reason for the war was for oil, then how come the Chinese got all the big Iraqi contracts?

There has been no declaration of war by the Congress of the United States of America.
There is no valid reason to be in Iraq.
Bush and Cheney are murderous bastards.

By constitutional standards? Really?
U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8 wrote:
The Congress shall have Power To
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water
Gee, this looks a lot like the authority to declare war is vested in Congress, not the Executive Branch.

That's because they're trying to distract us from the truth about how we faked the Apollo moon landing, and how Elvis was poisoned because they knew he was going to confess to assassinating JKF.

And let's not forget that the Iraq war also allowed the notorious Illuminati, composed of all the members of the council on foreign relations, the aliens who built the pyramids, bigfoot, and Dick Van Dyke, to pass the patriot act, setting the stage for a dystopian global society where the Illuminati will finally hold the reins of absolute power, crushing us all under their heels.

Re: extradite Bush & Cheney & try for war crimes?
I don't believe Bush orchestrated 911. That is BS and a way to try and get off topic. Cheney is cold enough to have done it but I don't believe he did either.
Bush used a major murder to attack a Nation that had nothing to do with it for one reason, he wanted to kill Saddam Hussein. The US is a morally degenerate 'world leader' using its military to murder people to enforce whatever our government wants today. No rational reason for being in Iraq, none at all. It is worse than Vietnam.

Actually we went to afghanistan because of 9/11, the invasion of Iraq started two years after 9/11, but you keep telling yourself that.
