What distinguishes religious behaviors in people who were living in 30,000 years ago from those practiced by you today?

Absolutely right.
So the questions for Franktalk is: if the paleolithic worship of animals was delusional 30,000 years ago, and if neolithic worship of the sun was delusional 6,000 years ago, when did religious beliefs (as in the current Christian and Islamic worship of an imaginary friend) stop being delusional?
Is the correct response 3,000 years ago, 2,000 years ago, 180 years ago, or "not yet"?
