All your link states is that the accuser has made allegations of sexual abuse within a relationship that she told others about at time of the last alleged incident followed by a strong denial from the accused insisting that she is making false allegations because she is a jealous ex.

There's certainly not enough there to believe the accused that she's a "psycho." Perhaps you meant to offer another link instead?

All it took was an accusation from TJ Miller that his accuser is a psycho for you to believe it. Kind of a physicIan heal thyself situation here.

As in many of the other cases it's possible internal HR has more information they are basing decisions on. That's certainly happened in multiple examples of these stories. I know you're required by law to have a hot take on the situation, but this might be a wait and see circumstance since we aren't privy to information that would tell us what's going on here.
