Sure. It literally took me two seconds, the same two seconds you could've expended if you were genuinely interested in an exchange of ideas rather than masturbating furiously imagining yourself not being who you are and winning arguments that are 100% manufactured so you can compensate for being a man who hates looking in the mirror.

That said, how can you not believe TJ Miller? He's a victim of a slanderous campaign aimed at destroying his marriage by a scorned stalker.

http://ew.com/tv/2017/12/19/t-j-miller- ... legations/

Miller, best known for his award-winning turn in HBO’s Silicon Valley, released a statement co-attributed to his wife Kate. The pair said they were familiar with the anonymous accuser. “We met this woman over a decade ago while studying together in college, she attempted to break us up back then by plotting for over a year before making contradictory claims and accusations,” they said. “She attempted to discredit both of our voices and use us against one another by trying to portray Kate to be a continuous abuse victim of T.J. (further efforts to hurt the two of us). She was asked to leave our university comedy group because of worrisome and disturbing behavior, which angered her immensely, she then became fixated on our relationship, and began telling people around campus ‘I’m going to destroy them’ & ‘I’m going to ruin him.'”

Lol. Yeah, his reply was in the link you initially offered. So you just reflexively believe his defense? Apparently believing accusations without corroborating evidence is only a problem if its coming from an alleged sexual assault victim, not if it is about an alleged assault victim.

Jersey Girl,

You should try to get EA and Cam to partake.
Me thinks they could both really use a double dose!

Did I ever mention that I think I'm really a Buddhist? I'm serious. I mean it this time.

That might be fun but I prefer to stay in my Zen af state, than hear 25 reasons or more about how I'm not Buddhist.

The hateful bigot Sir Ian McKellen has stated:
Women are partly to blame for showbiz sex scandal

Stage and screen star Sir Ian McKellen has spoken out about the sex scandal in film and theatre, claiming women are partly responsible because some tell directors they'll sleep with them to win roles.

'People must be called out and it's sometimes very difficult for victims to do that,' the Lord Of The Rings star said in a talk at the Oxford Union recently.

'I hope we're going through a period that will help to eradicate it altogether. But from my own experience, when I was starting acting in the early Sixties, the director of the theatre I was working at showed me some photographs he got from women who were wanting jobs. . . some of them had at the bottom of their photograph 'DRR' — directors' rights respected. In other words, if you give me a job, you can have sex with me.

I certainly hope no one questions Mr. McKellen's opinion lest they out themselves (no pun intended) as a bigot....

What he's saying is that not all of these incidents are assault. He's saying that some are transactions.

Dang it. The board wasn't letting me make a post I had crafted. You get the tl;dr version.

People lie, even women. Don't adandon skepticism and due process for emotionalism. Here's an example of women being human beings and manipulating the system to their favor:

Everyone lies. Big stuff. Small stuff. They lie. Don't buy into the hype.

Certainly. Just like men. Which is why I said, earlier on:

Chap wrote:Women being disbelieved when they attempt to report sexual harassment or assault, or punished for so doing by career termination or otherwise by powerful men has been the norm for centuries.

Now this situation is being radically challenged. It's a kind of revolution in the way intergender power is exercised. It is inevitable that in this process of sudden reversal of power, there will be instances where bad or crazy women succeed in inflicting possibly irreversible damage on some innocent men.

Given that risk, does one wish that the present process had not begun? Nope. For while one regrets the instances of injustice and should do everything possible to prevent or mitigate them, putting the lid back on women in this respect would demand that a whole gender should get back under and submit to the groping, assaults, insults and oppression all over again. It is unreasonable to expect them to do so.

It seems clear to me that the amount of unreported, unpunished, and relatively serious sexual molestation of woman by men has historically been rather large. Changing this very unjust situation will have costs for men as a gender: mainly, I think, through guilty men getting called out on their behaviour, and other men modifying their behaviour, but also, sadly, through a small number of innocent men getting unjustly accused.

The idea that we have to leave things as they were until we can think of a way of redressing the huge injustice done to women without risk of any deleterious consequences to men is not acceptable. It's time to change, and it's been time to change for a long long time already, without anything much being done about it.
