Because it's important to bring racism and bigotry to the forefront and condemn it. It's also important that we learn to have manage than one topic of conversation at a national level.

Not only has Roseanne not been censored (especially given that she still enjoys more public exposure and audience than 99.9 percent of the general public), but conservatives have been boycotting random stuff they don’t like for decades in their own attempt to ‘censor’ those things out of existence. The amusing thing about so many conservatives, though, is how they think that they don’t do the same as liberals do. Must be a cognitive disorder.

Schmo is also right that Roseann is far from a conservative. She actually was right behind Jill Stein as the Green Party candidate and a supporter of the Occupy Wallstreet movement. Yet you cannot show how it is anti-American. The British and French negotiated the same deal as the US, and they are trying to keep the deal alive. Funny for two countries that are big allies of the US and have no reason to want Iran to get nukes and every reason to want them to stay nuke free. Maybe you should ask yourself why.

Not true at all. There was every indication the show would have been a huge money maker. Didn't you pay any attention to what Lord Trump said about her ratings? "They were through the roof." More than 18 million, and he takes the credit for it because Trump and Barr are synonymous now. They both buck the trend of political correctness. The Rosanne supporters are no more likely to drop her for being racist any more than Trump's will drop him for being much worse. ABC made its decision on moral grounds, which is something you are your ilk will never understand.

Not true Hawkeye. Rush recognized ABC will lose 55 million from Roseann. They're comitted to their ideology. But ABC wanted to get rid of Roseann long before this tweet. It's not the first time Roseann tweeted something racist. No elitist will tolerate a rust belt Trump supporting family being the top rated show.

Roseanne once referred to Susan Rice as "a man with big swinging ape balls," back in 2013.

I also found it very interesting that someone as militant and abrasive as Susan Rice, someone who viciously unmasked American citizens for political gain, has a son who was converted to conservatism by Rush Limbaugh's show.
