most of the time I prefer silence. It opens a space to think. It is relaxing. It does not present dumb ideas to disagree with. I enjoy the scenery.

Mostly NPR, as I hate ads. Then occasionally our local conservative talk radio station, so that I can hear about what the liberals are supposedly saying about conservatives, but which I only hear of from conservative talk radio, for some reason.

Hi Pal. Mostly KNX (LA). It's a straight news program with no political slant that mostly broadcasts local news and great traffic reports every 10 minutes. Nothing to sing along to (which is good for everyone in earshot).
