Sometimes, even when respect is earned, it isn’t necessarily reciprocated by others. That’s human nature and you’re a demonstration of that as much as any example you’d provide.
But if you feel that Trump has addressed and acted in a manner towards his peers (or anyone) that deserves respect in return, then I’d ask for you to provide some good examples that can be used to demonstrate the claim. Aside from his occasional fawning praise for sycophants and dictators, you aren’t going to find much.
