The United States ranks 18th according to Heritage.

Norway ranks 23rd, and yet they're a top 2 destination for ex-pats. Germany, the Netherlands and Canada are all ranked 4th-6th for ex-pat destinations. Hong Kong is the #1 place for capitalism, yet not even in the top ten for ex-pats.

Norway - 60% of gdp is state owned enterprise. All of these countries, save Iceland if I remember correctly, are over 45% of gdp derived from state owned enterprise. What is your definition of democratic socialism? These are very democratic socialist countries, high taxes, lots of unions, mixed state owned vs private, large welfare nets. Textbook definition of democratic socialism. The stupid, as usual, is you.

How do you breed someone out of existence? That doesn't even make sense. Norway allows for legal immigration and when those folks legally migrate and "breed," they are giving birth to Norwegians.
